CHS Volleyball

Our Lady Jays pulled off two wins in Ingalls last night. JV won in two sets. Varsity battled back after losing the first set to win a hard-fought match. We were super proud of the girls for working together to fight through some tough momentum swings. Varsity scores were 23-25, 26-24, and 25-21. The CHS Volleyball Team will be back in action at home on Tuesday night against league rivals, Meade and SWH. Game schedules will be posted . . .

Girls Tennis

Our girls varsity tennis team hosted their opening meet on Thursday August 23. Our Number one singles player, Katharine Moffitt took 2nd, our # 2 singles player, Cassidy Schmidt took 3rd, and our #2 Doubles team took 2nd. Overall our team finished 2nd, with Hays girls taking first. Other schools who played were Hays, St. John, South Central, Tribune, and Ulysses.
